REALTOR COMMISSIONS: We pay a 30% of one month’s rent commission to a cooperating broker who procures a tenant who leases a property from us. The commission is earned when a prospective tenant, who is approved by us, signs a lease agreement with the landlord, and all monies due at lease signing are paid. Cooperating brokerage’s invoices and W9s should be submitted immediately after transaction closes. Invoices are paid no sooner than 15 days after the start date of the lease.
