  • A repair deductible may apply to certain repairs as outlined in your lease agreement.
  • We strive to respond to and complete most ordinary repairs within 3 business days. Please do not call immediately after submitting a request and ask if we received it. You will be emailed a copy of your request the moment it is submitted.
